As of 30 September 2025, East London NHS Foundation Trust (ELFT) will no longer hold the contract for Victoria and Five Elms Medical Centre. A temporary provider will be put in place to provide the same services as your current GP and we expect you to continue to see the same care teams, as staff working at the practice should transfer with the services. This means that as a registered patient you should not see any interruption in the services provided.

Practice are accredited as a teaching practices by the School of General Practice (also known as the London Deanery). We train F2 Doctors along with final year and year 4 students.
We regularly have medical students either sitting in and observing a GP or seeing patients while being supervised by one of our GPs.
If you prefer not to have a medical student during your consultation then please speak to one of our reception staff members.
